We are a co-working space located at 56 Main Street just two blocks from Five Corners Essex Junction, one of the most traveled intersections in the state. Our work environment offers individual open work spaces that are comfortable and inspiring.
Quiet low impact co-working tenants are desired. Includes on-site parking. Building is on bus route.
Very short walking distance to Amtrak and bus station. Rents start at $150/mo/desk all in, including heat, electricity, lawn care, landscaping, weekly cleaning, water, sewer, and access to gigabit WiFi.
Facilities include use of shared conference spaces, kitchenette, ADA compliant ramp, and bathrooms (one with a shower). Small workout area in the basement with stationary bike, treadmill. Small conference area in the basement is the 3rd area in the building where meetings can be held with clients.
We have a water cooler and commercial quality espresso machine and tenants who wish to use these generally contribute to consumables (spring water and locally fresh roasted coffee beans from Gold Ladder Coffee in Essex).
Our building was fully remodeled in 2015. Loads of character including custom stained glass that adds to the updated old church feel. The building was constructed in 1870 and has the original slate roof. It was a Baptist Church until 1926, then it became a Masonic Temple for almost 80 years. Unity Church of Vermont operated here until 2012 and they held many community dinners and fundraisers in the church basement.
Local business professional Chris Kesler purchased the building in 2014 and did a complete renovation into a commercial office building and co-working space. Local events, business meetings and fundraisers are just part of the possibility in this unique and historic building.
Current tenants of our co-working space include a web design company, administrative office of a beer testing lab, administrative location of a local brewery & distillery, IP attorneys, software developer, electrical engineer, outdoor adventure company, and commercial solar developers.
